Whhooo, I'm not skipping over your question utenation, but let's have ark or Viper or someone else answer that one. I did have a thought along the line of rebuilding some of the great buildings that have met the wrecking ball over the years. Urbanboy, what if the new farmers market were built in the identical style of the original Salt Palace Pavilion with an accompanying square. In Italy, many of the farmers markets are of that incredible pavilion style, with an adj. open-air square. Hmmm... let's see if I can dig up a pic of one of my favorites in Padova.
