I'm still sad the parking lot is on the Pembina facing part of the parcel with the bulk of the building along Merriam, but a small sacrifice for some good density.

I wonder when they'll relocate the Hydro line currently running along the old, closed off back lane. It seems like unnecessary additional risk to stage and drive piles feet from it when relocation will have to be done before they begin the foundation.
