7 Iron Golf is a pretty good catch for the
Horsman Centre. This may bring them to 100% occupancy (at least close to 100%)

7 Iron will be a bit of a competitor for the Bunker downtown on Main Street, but the Bunker is as much of a pub and bar as it is a golf simulator, and will have a different vibe. These two facilities will also be nearly 10 km apart. I think they will both do well.
