A quick update on this.

I saw a copy of the new SA CAT II approach chart at work last week. The minimums will indeed be a DH of 100ft and a RVR of 1600.

So seems YOW/NavCan hasn't yet installed (or maybe won't) a second RVR sensor on 07.
