As runway 07 only has one RVR, the procedure minimums will probably be a DH of 100ft and an RVR 1600ft. If YOW airport authority adds a second RVR sensor, the minimums would match a conventional CAT II approach (DH of 100ft / RVR 1200ft).

This is great, I'm glad to see this happening, but really without getting the RVR down to 1200 it won't be very helpful. Same situation as now where 737's ready to do an autoland are holding with RVR's of 1200 and a Q400 comes in and does an LPV, hand flown and lands. Hopefully they add some RVR sensors and and bring it down to 1200, this could also be super useful in YEG.
