5 of the ten buildings will be under construction before the snow melts. The smaller ones are the ones that are having issues making the numbers work. Lots of details have changed since Railside was announced in 2018. Covid, supply chain issues, interest rates and now tariffs, not to mention the most recent change earlier this year when The Forks notified the developers that they will no longer pursuing Geothermal for heating and cooling causing further delays.
I think it is great news that building permits are being applied for.

Well, railside was first announced in 2015. Entire high rises have been designed and built in that time. Nothing you’re saying here is wrong but at this point any further delay is just frustrating.
