Most of the projects started their planning and design in 2018/2019. They were basically shelved until last year when all the services and agreements were finally settled. A lot has changed in the 7 years since, Covid, supply chains, interest rates, tariffs, supply and demand. Most projects had to dust off the plans this year and try to make all of it work again.
I heard the two really small ones are struggling to make the business model work.
