AUSTIN | Development Links & Webcams

Here's a link to a Capitol View Corridor (CVC) map created by wwmiv. Uncheck the "Proposed View Corridors" to get an accurate depiction because the proposed corridors were rejected by City Council.

***Updated 01/13/2026 for Q1 2026 - Next planned update will be Q2 2026.***

These lists only includes projects with a publicly available source for the height or floor count that are at least 200' in height. The listed heights are mostly from the approved and released elevations or the most recent elevations if the project is not yet approved. If elevations are not available, other city permits, city meeting backup files or FAA filings are used. If there are none of those, renderings or public comments from the developer are used.

There are six status types:

Proposed – A project has been announced and/or project documents/permits have been filed with the city
Approved - The City has approved the site plan
Site Demo – At least one structure on the site has been or is being demolished
Site Prep – Dirt is moving or utility work is underway
U/C – Concrete has been poured
On Hold- Developer has stopped work

Projects highlighted in green are underway.
Projects highlighted in yellow were completed during the current calendar year and have been removed from the project count. A project is marked completed if move-ins have started.
Projects highlighted in pink are on hold
Projects highlighted in dark red have no approved site plan and have had no public updates including permit activity for at least a year. They are removed from the list after two years of no updates.

This is a list of 56 projects that are are least 200'. Some of the projects include multiple towers over 200'. When individual tower heights or floor counts becomes available in multi-tower projects, the towers will be listed separately.

This is a list of three projects that are currently under construction and at least 300'

This is a list of 66 completed or topped out buildings in Austin that are over 300'.
