Recently, I started looking into the new JOYCE development from westbank. Would like to see what is everyone's insight is

I think its great that they are adding to the density around Joyce...and they are certainly proposing a fancy looking building , but hard to tell yet from the one render

Unfortunate that they are marketing to offshore buyers. Not solving the local supply issue by selling overseas.
