Hi everyone, I am new to this site as well as new to forum site.

Recently, I started looking into the new JOYCE development from westbank. Would like to see what is everyone's insight is :cheers:

I think its great that they are adding to the density around Joyce...and they are certainly proposing a fancy looking building , but hard to tell yet from the one render

Unfortunate that they are marketing to offshore buyers. Not solving the local supply issue by selling overseas.

Even sadder still is that they were designed as family sized units...
