Rezoning Application - 8175 Cambie Street, 519 SW Marine Drive, & 8180 - 8192 Lord Street

Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 8175 Cambie Street and 519 SW Marine Drive, currently C-1 (Commercial) District, and 8180 - 8192 Lord Street, currently RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District, to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 27,245 m2 (29,3263 sq. ft.) mixed-use development to include:

•1,365 m2 (14,693 sq. ft.) of commercial retail space and 368 residential units in two towers:
•one at 31 storeys, or 86.89 m. (285 ft.); and
•one at 12 storeys, or 36.58 m. (120 ft.);
•a 3 storey building with a 545 m2 (5,866 sq. ft.) daycare and a 418 m2 (4,499 sq. ft.) community amenity space;
•387 underground parking spaces;
•an FSR (floor space ratio) of 5.60; and,
•relocation of the lane adjacent to 8192 Lord Street.
