They've been doing drilling since May actually. But equipment went off site for 2 weeks and then came back. Weird.

Completion has been pushed back to spring 2023. Also, a groundbreaking ceremony will be held mid-month.

They had a big networking party with a bunch of realtors around the time it broke ground so I doubt it.

The next major step towards the end of the month and into February is constructing all the floors on ground level and then lifting them up. Kinda breaks my brain to think about it so here's a visual of the process.
