*A plan to build a 16-story residential tower in Detroit's Greektown district.
*The $64.6-million development, called The Exchange, would be built at 338 *Gratiot on a half-acre site that is currently a surface parking lot.
*Construction of The Exchange is scheduled to start in December and the first housing units could be ready in February 2022
Very nice addition. We can see the red crane at the right at the Hudsons site and the county building to the left across from which will be the future Monroe Blocks. It will be a very nice skyline...
Their website says this is a mixed use project (not sure if it has always said that, I know previous sources have described it as just residential), looks like the first floor will be offices and retail. Website also says they have plans to do an "alley walk experience" connecting Macomb street with the Gratiot Park/Randolph Plaza area that is being developed apparently? It also looks like their website has some new renders, I don't know when they came out, but they haven't been posted here yet:
