Very nice indeed! So, only 2 of the 12 condos (units 1506 and 1603) have been sold. I can visualize myself buying unit 1503 (840 sqft, $499,900) when I retire. Floor plans of all condos here:

How long does it take to construct a new floor once the previous one is safely in place?

I'm guessing they will target one floor a week if it's just the floorplate itself.

But it depends how much other work they want to do in the lowered position. Are they gonna frame the perimeter walls, do exterior cladding, floor penetrations etc before the lift, or will they come back and do it later as in a traditional highrise? The promise of this system is to do as much work as possible on the ground, but that means probably 2-3 weeks per floor.

So that took ~ 1 month for the top floor (based on the time between when the roof plate was hoisted up and now)?

Curious if that will speed up, or if 1 month will be the average. If it's one month, I'm not sure this is saving much time. Maybe it depends on how "finished" the interior is, before each floor is lifted.
