^as mentioned yes they did. I was hoping for a change in design direction if you will, but we better not get Icon 3 and 4 simply recycled.

I want 4 sides and a stronger podium design.

Hmm but it Ultima goes ahead a couple blocks away is there a big enough market to build two ugly towers and compete with it?

Saw this in the condo guide this week.

It will either be a hit, or a miss, completely dependent on materials and finishings. If they don't cheap out, it'll be good.

I can see the waterfall bit being scrapped.

Would be nice if they had that density over near the future LRT, instead of in a car dependent neighborhood.

Other than that, looks like a good project.

sadly, 3 & 4 are (almost) exactly what are to be delivered. There are, however, some incremental improvements to look forward to (but NOT to look north too)
