Everything south of the food court includes the bowling alley, theatre, Broken Rack, and most of their stores including Urban Planet which, aside from Extra Foods, is by far the largest. Take out everything south of the food court and you're basically left with a bank, Rexall, Smitty's, and doctor's offices.
