That area sorely needs a grocery store, what with the burgeoning community growing around there and the walkability of the area. Nobody should have to drive to Costco or up to Save On Foods way up Main Street just for a pint of milk or whatever.
Hopefully this neighbourhood starts to have some cohesion, now that its warehouse/car showroom/forgotten wasteland days are fading and developers are actually building housing around there. A Skytrain station should automatically catalyse development because it's a dream scenario - I'm just amazed that all of these high-transit areas around stations in Vancouver have only suddenly awoken to the potential of being 100 yards from a highly-desirable modal point.
