All three options permit one-high rise tower in District 2 of the Marin Boulevard Redevelopment Area, but with different options for height and the number of residential units and hotel rooms. The rest of the redevelopment area is zoned R-4 residential, as well as for railroad and trail use.
I really hope this happens so the High Line-style embankment project can begin. Now if they could just figure something out to save the Powerhouse...
