Not much info on this one except that it was a stale proposal from 2009 that is perhaps ready for a reboot.

Never heard of this proposal before.

It's a parking lot, so obviously ready to go, if the project gets financed.

That's not a parking lot, unless they have already torn down the small office building and the little bit taller office building that was sitting on that site. Either way, this would definitely be a good development because the current buildings are mostly just a waste of space with only a small amount of office space.
