More than four years after plans surfaced for a development with 120 residential units off Route 440 in Jersey City, a new proposal calls for an even larger project at the same location. Myneni Properties, LLC is now envisioning a 15-story tower at 682 Route 440 and 11 Bennett Street, two adjacent lots that are situated along a corridor that has already seen a major increase in multi-family development activity.

A 120 units might not seem a lot but there are a ton of these smaller developments in the pipeline. Jersey City is really booming. Starts to add up.

Looking forward to Bayonne NJ as well, with the MOTBY project and Bayview. Some 6000 units between the two.
