Has anyone been by the Barclay/Thurlow project by Bosa? They applied for demo permits at the end of January so it seems like the project might be advancing.. Not sure if it's phased but it seems like the first one going up is the East Tower.

Looks like a roof replacement. Google Maps shows it installed for at least the past eight months. Reviews of the hotel said the interior is being renovated as well

What's the deal with their Davie St.project? Is it dead?
Seems like it got delayed for a few months but it seems like they were still actively marketing it. Who knows how sales are going with the current market.
