Below grade construction, next to the water, on a much larger footprint? It makes sense to me. This tower is physically much larger than 62 East.

It's actually less expensive than 62 East. $255/sf vs $301/sf.

Nice update. The site plan is still waiting on legal. I was hoping it would be updated on Friday because updates seem to happen most often on Fridays.

Fencing now around the entire site and lines against the trail. They are trying to get this one going.

I think you literally took the words out of my mouth - I think it's a more contemporary look that hopefully will age well. The green design already looks a little pre-pandemic, if you know what I mean.
