Hmm, I think I actually rather like Southport. It's not bland blue glass, not faux-historic, and not so large that it'll be fought with every fibre of the Heritage Trust's being. Nothing earth shattering, but nice.

Yeah, it's a nice proposal. I like the fact that in recent years it's become more acceptable there to design modern-looking buildings rather than cheap reproductions of heritage buildings.

The neighbourhood is interesting too. It has a lot of potential. No really serious problems, just a few too many holes and a few unfortunate buildings from the 80's and 90's that need to be redeveloped.

An office building for Victoria that hasn't been posted here yet. Something the Victoria guys don't like is the large setback and plaza at the main entrance of the building. It's on Douglas St. which is the main street downtown.
