Demolition of the old Harris Fine Arts Building in order to make way for the new Fine Arts Center is well underway. The new arts building will house offices for the college — as well as for the departments of art, design, and theater and media arts, according to a BYU news release.

The building will also host academic spaces, galleries, performance spaces, media viewing rooms, a cinema and a production studio. The other current occupant of the HFAC — the School of Music — has moved to the new music building.

“The arts and music programs are beacons of excellence for the university,” said Shane Reese, BYU academic vice president, in the release. “We look forward to these two new beautiful buildings, which will accentuate the amazing talents of our students, faculty and staff who work in that college.”

The arts building will house a large collaborative hub for department of design students as well as multiple art and design galleries. There will also be a combination lobby and student gathering space.

A six-station lactation room will accommodate students and their families as well as patrons.

“The new building will create proximity and more opportunities for collaboration and student mentoring,” said Ed Adams, dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communications. “Our faculty and staff are now spread over five floors and are located at the far ends of the Harris Fine Arts Center from each other.”

The project is expected to be completed toward the end of 2025.

Big D Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the project, with HKS Architects as the architecture firm.

The college will temporarily occupy the former Provo High School, located on University Avenue, while the new arts building is being constructed.

The HFAC was dedicated in 1965 and houses four of the college’s six academic units. The newly completed School of Music, which also used the building has moved into the new music building upon its completion at the end of 2022.

September 25, 2023

https://universe.byu.edu/2023/09/25/...-in-the-works/ - BYU’s new Arts Building for the College of Fine Arts and Communications is progressing steadily toward its expected completion at the end of fall 2025, according to Todd Hollingshead, BYU’s Media Relations Manager.

At the beginning of 2023, the Harris Fine Arts Center was demolished to make room for the new Arts Building, being built in the exact same location.

Hollingshead said the building is currently in the structural concrete phase and that the work is progressing in a general west-to-east direction. The underground utility work, including the main electrical pathways and water and sewer mains, have been placed, he said...

...The current building plans released by BYU in June 2023 show that BYU announced plans to build academic spaces, galleries, performance spaces, media viewing rooms and a cinema and production studio. The new building will also feature a collaborative hub for design students...

Southern Metro - Intermountain Healthcare - Lehi Campus
Construction on The Metro Wasatch Front's Second Major Primary Children’s Hospital.

By Daedan Olander for the Deseret News - https://www.deseret.com/utah/2020/11...groundbreaking

...Situated in the heart of Utah County, one of America's fastest growing areas, Lehi was chosen specifically to provide quick access for the thousands of families that live there, like the Partidas.

“Having this new Primary Children’s will be amazing, not only for us for follow-ups and things that she may need in the future, surgeries and revisions, but for other families that might be going through the same thing,” Jacob Partida said. “You know, every time you see that helicopter of Life Flight, somebody’s story begins.”

The five-story hospital will be equipped with a medical-surgical unit, pediatric and surgical newborn intensive care units, an in-patient behavioral health unit and an observation unit adjacent to the emergency department, said Lisa Paletta, administrator of the Lehi campus...

Construction progresses on a second Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital campus in Lehi on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020. The campus will address the health care needs of a rapidly growing population in Utah County and an increasing need for specialty pediatric care in the area. The planned 38-acre campus will open in 2023. Laura Seitz, Deseret News

...Building the 38-acre campus, hospital, and medical office will cost an estimated $335 million, Paletta said. The second Primary Children’s location is part of Intermountain’s plan to build the nation’s model health system for children, which it announced in January. Intermountain has pledged $250 million to see the goal through. Aside from opening the new campus, Intermountain plans to add an advanced fetal care center, an augmented Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and an expanded cancer treatment center. It also hopes to extend its pediatric care network to offer better virtual services, as well as implement programs to help children with their mental and behavioral health. Intermountain estimates the total cost will be around $500 million...

Lehi Primary Children’s exteriors complete; construction on schedule

By Skylar Beltran for the Lehi Free Press @ https://lehifreepress.com/2023/07/10...n-on-schedule/

The new Primary Children’s Hospital, a community focal point in Lehi’s west side, has taken shape in Holbrook Farms off 2100 North. The exteriors of the 38-acre five-story hospital and three-story medical office building, totaling 486,000 square feet, are completed, and construction has moved inside. Officials anticipate the complex’s completion in November 2023 and plan to accept patients in early 2024...

Lehi Free Press

... Recently installed features on the campus include:

– A helipad to support the safe transfer of children needing urgent care in the full-service trauma center. X-ray machines will be included in trauma bays so patients can be diagnosed and treated quickly and efficiently.

– Sophie’s Place music therapy room. Sophie’s Place is a dedicated specialty music therapy room that originated at Primary Children’s Salt Lake City campus. This concept has been replicated in 10 children’s hospitals nationwide. Sophie’s Place is celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer.

– Fun, colorful lighting in every patient room that kids can operate themselves. For instance, if their favorite color is purple, they can turn on purple footlights to light up their walls. This feature helps children express themselves, feel at ease, enjoy a fun distraction and have some control over their environment.

Lehi Free Press

The Lehi hospital will include trauma and emergency services, a surgical floor, pediatric intensive care, newborn intensive care, behavior health and observation beds. The medical offices will include outpatient services, sleep study facilities, laboratory services and rehabilitation services. Other amenities include a Ronald McDonald suite for parents, multiple children’s play areas, a conference center and outdoor public space. The campus will also have food services and a gift shop...

Primary Children’s Hospital in Lehi to open in February, tours available

Visit PrimaryPromise.org to make your tour reservation.

Lehi Free Press - By Skylar Beltran - Full Article @ https://lehifreepress.com/2024/01/12...urs-available/

Monday, February 12 will be a historic day for children’s healthcare in Utah, and for Lehi City, as Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital in Lehi opens its doors to patients.

The 38-acre Miller Family Campus brings the first comprehensive children’s hospital and outpatient services based in Utah County. It will offer nearly all the same world-class specialty pediatric services patients receive at the Primary Children’s Hospital campus in Salt Lake City.

The public is invited to tour the Primary Children’s Hospital, Larry H. and Gail Miller Family Campus, at a special event, Saturday, February 3. Tour reservations are strongly encouraged and may be made at PrimaryPromise.org.

The Miller Family Campus is part of Intermountain Health’s Primary Promise to build the nation’s model health system for children by strengthening Primary Children’s Hospital, extending pediatric excellence with care closer to home, and addressing the emerging needs of a rapidly growing pediatric population throughout the region.

This multi-faceted plan requires an investment of at least $600 million in children’s health, shared by Intermountain Health and community philanthropic support...

...The Miller Family Campus includes an Outpatient Center, a medical office building, and a five-story, 66-bed, 486,000-square-foot Primary Children’s Hospital, where medical staff will be fully integrated with clinicians at the Salt Lake Campus...

Southern Metro - Restore & Repurpose - Plans would expand American Fork’s Harrington Center for the Arts

By Genelle Pugmire - https://www.heraldextra.com/news/loc...0and%20perform.

If you live in or around American Fork, you most likely are familiar with the Harrington School building that stands adjacent to the historic City Hall on Church Street.

Several years ago, the building was purchased by Dr. Carl Bell with support from his wife, Carol, with a vision to transform it into a gathering place for culture and the arts...

...Stevens and her husband lived in New York City and had a dance studio in Manhattan. Against the advice of some, they picked up sticks and moved home to American Fork, with a dream and a major project ahead of them.

“In 2017, we were officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3),” Stevens said. The move established the Harrington Center for the Arts Foundation.

“Our nonprofit actually began with the vision of my father, the late Dr. Carl Bell. He saved the Harrington School from the wrecking ball when he purchased the building because he passionately believed in the site’s potential to serve as a cultural center for the entirety of northern Utah Valley, and to unite Utahns from all walks of life through the arts,” she added. “Originally constructed in 1903, the Harrington School is considered by many the birthplace of public education west of the Mississippi (River) and survives today as the oldest and most significant example of educational architecture in American Fork and one of the few remaining buildings of its kind in Utah.”

To keep the Harrington Center for the Arts on a growth trajectory, the Stevenses have received large private donations, money from the city’s PARC tax for their programs and a grant from the state of Utah.

“I am very excited about it,” said Mayor Brad Frost. “We’ve gone through a lot but we will have the best of both worlds. We just want to make sure it’s solvent.”...

This rendering shows a classroom inside the Harrington Center for the Arts, which has plans for a modern renovation.

This rendering shows the rotunda and hallway inside the Harrington Center for the Arts, which has plans for a modern renovation.

Harrington Elementary School: This school was among the first wave of public schools built in Utah as a result of an 1880 educational reform. Local legislator Leonard Harrington, for whom the school was named, was influential in changing the educational system in Utah by sponsoring a bill in the Territorial Legislature giving communities the right to support free public schools by taxation. Harrington School survives as the oldest and most significant example of Educational Architecture in American Fork and one of the few remaining buildings of its kind in Utah.

Built in 1903 with a matching 1934 addition to the north, this school is a fine example of the Victorian Romanesque style which dominated Educational Architecture in Utah around the turn of the century. Characteristics of the style include round arched doorways, entryways and windows, rough-faced brick accents, and a rough stone foundation. Original interior features include wainscoting, stairways, blackboards, paneled doors and maple floors. The architect for the 1903 section was probably Richard C. Watkins, State Architect of Schools, who is credited with designing dozens of schools throughout Utah. The 1934 addition, designed by Provo architect Joseph Nelson, was supported by New Deal Program funds and constructed by Chipman Mercantile.

Inland Port Update - Stadler Rail of Switzerland Expanding U.S. Headquarters

https://www.stadlerrail.com/en/about...ler_us_inc/26/
In keeping with Stadler’s growing market share and global expansion, in June 2015, Stadler received an order from the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (FWTA) for 8 new FLIRT model diesel-electric low-floor multiple-unit vehicles for their new TEXRail line. The fact that federal funds were being used for the order made it subject to the Buy America Act, and Stadler quickly found a former Union Pacific plant in Salt Lake City, Utah that was for lease by the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and was also well suited to the requirements of the TEXRail order. Concurrently, plans also began to build a permanent 230,000 ft2, $50 million state-of-the-art facility on a 62-acre property, just five minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport...

May 15, 2019 opening ceremonies for Stadler Manufacturing's new U.S. Headquarters

Contd...This impressive momentum continued with an order from Caltrain for the construction of 16 bi-level electric multiple unit trains in August 2016, and an additional order by the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority of three diesel-electric low floor multiple unit FLIRTS for the Arrow passenger rail service, also known as the Redlands Passenger Rail Project, quickly followed. Prior to these contracts, Stadler began doing business in the US with sales to the New Jersey Transit Authority (NJTA) for the River line in 2002, Capital Metro Transportation Authority (CMTA) in Austin, Texas in 2005, and Denton Country Transportation Authority (DCTA) in 2009. 2014 brought even more success with the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District Authority (eBART) in San Francisco, California purchasing eight GTW model diesel-electric articulated multiple units.

"Construction of a new canteen building to include general and private dining areas, kitchen, food serving, storage, and restrooms" Stadler will eventually expand production space from 300K SQFT to 900K SQFT under the terms of a 9.6 million dollar deal with the state.

Downtown Update - Redevelopment, Seismic Upgrades, Renovation and Restoration of Historic Temple Square Campus. Fall/Winter Timeline, 2023 - 2024

Current Temple Square setup. Note in upcoming plans how the structures fronting the Temple at the north and south will be demolished and replaced in different positions in their relationship to the Temple itself. The more modern structures that now front the Temple on both sides will be removed and new structures with a more historic vibe will be constructed to the sides of the Temple. This will open up the iconic structures approach. Landscaping and water features will also be redeveloped, again affording the historic Temple improved site lines. Also, a significant part of the redevelopment will be subterranean structures and seismic upgrades.

Rendering of sightline improvement views from the street perspective to the south. Street views formerly blocked by a solid wall and modern-day structural additions.

Church President Russell M. Nelson announced the pioneer-era temple will close December 29, 2019, and will remain closed for approximately 7 years while undergoing a major structural and seismic renovation. The temple is expected to reopen in 2026 with a public open house.

“This project will enhance, refresh, and beautify the temple and its surrounding grounds,” said President Nelson. “Obsolete systems within the building will be replaced. Safety and seismic concerns will be addressed. Accessibility will be enhanced so that members with limited mobility can be better accommodated.”

The surrounding area on Temple Square and the plaza near the Church Office Building will also be affected as existing buildings are demolished and the area undergoes renovation and restoration. The existing annex and temple addition on the north side, which were built in the 1960s to add needed support facilities and more sealing (marriage) rooms, will be demolished and rebuilt.

Downtown West - North Temple TRAX Corridor - The Gateway Living Project

Zeke Peters Reporting for BuildSaltLake.com - Key corner on North Temple sees proposal for 260-unit project

Full Article @ https://buildingsaltlake.com/key-cor...EMAIL_CAMPAIGN)

...The West North Temple corridor is experiencing massive growth as Transit Station Area (TSA) zoning – and Opportunity Zone status – continue to spur development. Many of these projects only require staff approval when they fit existing guidelines and scoring. Still, some have required design changes that triggered public meetings and Planning Commission approval, as seen with Lusso 2. Despite this, new buildings are going up with numerous more planned or proposed...

...The south west corner of 800 West and North Temple – which used to host the Gateway Inn and a Wienerschnitzel drive-thru restaurant – will become Gateway Living, an apartment complex by Argyll Development located at 805 W. North Temple.

Gateway Living features around 260 units in studios and two bedrooms. The building will feature a central courtyard with a pool and a rooftop deck. The building is planned to be seven stories, with three floors of parking and four for living.

... Ground floor retail activation is the city’s goal. This project features live-work units on the North Temple facade while having one 3,000 sqft retail space on the 800 West side with more live-work units...

Zeke Peters Reporting For BuildingSaltLake.com - Full Article @ https://buildingsaltlake.com/propose...t-lake-border/

...On the northside of 2100 S. Blackbox Studios, in partnership with the property owner, are looking to develop an empty parcel into eight townhomes split between two buildings.

Located at 2020 S. Main Street in Salt Lake, the .33 acre lot currently acts as storage for the owner of Living Home Construction, and is totally fenced in. According the the application letter, the owner, “feels invested in this neighborhood and looks forward to improving the block with a design that is well considered to help activate the street with residential use.” ...

...There are two different unit types, the internal and external units. Internal units would be 2,821 sqft and include three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The external units would be 2,421 sqft and have a loft in the front and feature two bedrooms and two and a half baths.

The eight townhomes will be rear-loaded off a newly planned alleyway with both buildings facing east, one being along Main Street. They would feature raised garden boxes, two-car garages, and landscaping on the fronts and balconies for internal units...

Earlier Quote by the developer before construction - Directly west of the central business district in a downtown Salt Lake City Opportunity Zone with attractive TSA "right to build" zoning, these 4 parcels totaling 0.51 acres is in progress to be redeveloped from the existing 2 warehouses, duplex, and 1 small empty lot into a market-rate mid-rise modern apartment building. The property is purchased, the city development review team is complete, existing warehouse demolition is underway, and final design is nearing completion with Design West Architects. Major equity share from a joint venture partner and opportunity zone fund to close the construction loan is currently in escrow.

Central Metro - South Jordan’s Bingham Creek Regional Park will be 160 acres when completed

The New Bingham Creek Regional Park - https://www.sjc.utah.gov/604/Bingham...k-Authority-Bo

By Alixel Cabrera for The Salt Lake Tribune - Full Article @ https://www.sltrib.com/news/2023/06/...-life-it-will/

South Jordan • This growing city in southwestern Salt Lake County has distinguished itself with a number of headline-grabbing developments. It hosts Daybreak, for instance, the still booming and still blossoming master–planned community that continues to inspire similar projects in Utah. In a couple of years, it will also become the new home of the Salt Lake Bees triple A baseball team. South Jordan added a new milestone to its tally Thursday with the debut of what will become the 160-acre Bingham Creek Regional Park, the county’s largest manicured park. To bring it about, Salt Lake County, the Zoo, Arts and Parks (ZAP) program, and South Jordan chipped in $18 million to fund the first phase at 10200 South 4800 West.

Once a gravel quarry, the site went through three years of development to finally open...

[/B]

...“If any of you have seen the TV show ‘Parks and Recreation,’ the very first episode they joke about turning an old pit into a park,” he said, “and that’s exactly what we have done here.”

The place features a playground, where kids of all abilities can climb, swing and slide; six soccer or lacrosse fields; a bike track; pavilion; restrooms; and miles of walking trails. The turf still needs some time to grow and get established, so the sports fields are not yet ready for play. But they will be next year, along with an 18-hole disc golf course.

In the future, Jensen and his team envision a “Sugar House Park of the west,” with a larger playground, a splash pad, a synthetic turf field surrounded by seating for championships, along with tennis and pickleball courts.

“We did a lot of work in preparation to convert it from the old county Public Works grounds into a park,” he said. “And so we spent a lot of money moving dirt and doing some remediation work to prepare for the upcoming phases.”...

...Benja Kirk walked around 10 minutes from her Daybreak home with her grandkids to try out the playground. It’s “exciting,” she says, especially since her 22-month-old grandson didn’t seem intimidated by the equipment.

“I have five grandkids in Daybreak,” she said, and although the fields won’t host any sports at the moment, it’s good enough to practice a few drills, which will suit her older grandchildren. “All of my grandkids are soccer players and have been for years and this will be nice.”...

...Located in the Central Metro's southwestern region, the park will become an important connector to the Butterfield and Jordan River trails.

“I can only imagine,” county Mayor Jenny Wilson said, “in a few years to be able to come back and look at the park when it’s completely finished and how exciting that day will be.”

Wilson said views of the towering Wasatch Mountains and all of the park’s connectivity possibilities are exciting. “The reason why I love living in Utah,” she added, “is exactly this.”

Bingham Creek Regional Park provides yet another important connectivity link through Metropolitan
Salt Lake's hundreds of miles of ever-expanding scenic mountain and valley hiking, running, biking, and backpacking trail systems.

https://www.traillink.com]

Officers from South Jordan and the county will oversee the park, South Jordan Mayor Dawn Ramsey said. Their goal is to ensure that this regional park becomes a truly regional destination.

“Join the regional trail system. Embark from here and take part in the incredible outdoor opportunities that exist here,” she said. “As we continue to grow in this part of the valley … protecting this open space and preserving these outdoor amenities and creating spaces where we can live and breathe and play and recreate … is critical.”

Update, The IZZY North & IZZY South Project - The Sugar House District - IZZY NORTH COMPLETED

Taylor Anderson Reporting @ BuildingSaltLake.com - https://buildingsaltlake.com/contemp...lectric-trend/

December, 2020...On 2100 South, near 600 East, a developer received approval for slightly more height (mainly for the building’s design) to replace two existing car-oriented businesses with mid-density housing...

...Given its proximity to the S-Line, as well as well-serviced bus and bike routes, is seeing added density west of 700 East and on both sides of 2100 South. The developer is also building Izzy North directly across from Izzy South on 2100 So. They’re providing 58 parking stalls for 71 housing units, more than 36-stall minimum for CB properties within a quarter-mile of transit.

The rendering shows people biking on the sidewalk, (which is an accurate depiction, as the city has resisted anything but a car-only 2100 South). The project would eliminate three of four existing curb cuts.

Materials Modifications - February 2021

Luke Garrott @ BuildingSaltLake.com - The western edge of the Izzy South project, retail space for a coffee shop or restaurant. Image courtesy ajc architects.

Izzy South at 534 E 2100 South, brought High Boy Ventures and ajc architects in front of the commission for the second time, responding to comments that their building materials were not differentiated enough at first submission. Their modifications were largely praised by commissioners, who also required the proposed EIFS finishes on the third-floor terraces be replaced by cement board, a more durable material.

The project sits on CB Community Business zoning, and needed to enter design review for three feet of increased height (to 33 ft) and a gross square footage greater than 15,000 sf.

The developers plan a mirror building directly across the street, on the north side of 2100 South.

May 20, 2022 - Construction Schedule Update For Izzy North and South

Updates as of May 20, 2022

- Project description: 2-70+ unit residential, townhomes and single floor, with small commercial component on west end, ground floor.
Project Location: 550 E./2100 S.

- Excavation work has been completed on both the north and south sites.

- Foundations are now formed on the north site. A permit is being issued to allow for the closure of the outside, WB lane on 2100 S., between 500/600 East, to accommodate utility installations for the Izzy North project. This closure has been briefly delayed, but will exist for approximately 5-6 weeks

- (Start-up is now estimated to be end of May/early June). The traffic shift will begin just west of the 700 East intersection, opening back up just before the 500 East intersection.

- Completion: Fall of ’23.

Downtown South - Central Ninth District Remains Hot With Two New Micro Unit Developments

Zeke Peters Reporting For BuildingSaltLake.com - Full Article @ https://buildingsaltlake.com/central...nit-buildings/

The Central Ninth neighborhood has transformed in Salt Lake as new units and businesses have replaced older abandoned buildings and vacant lots. One new proposed project looks to build a single-loaded corridor micro-unit building to replace an old single-family home. Another plans to add more variety of apartments to replace two single-family homes to the north.

Both sit immediately adjacent to the 900 South Trax station.

Located at 855 S. 200 W., the first new project, called the MRK 2.0, would feature 35 micro-units with around 272 square feet of living space per unit...

...The units would include full kitchens and bathrooms, and there would be seven on each of the five floors, all north-facing, entering from a corridor on the southern wall. Each floor would have a shared laundry space.

The plan calls for no parking stalls on site but does include secured bike storage in a small basement area that doubles as the mail room...

...MRK 2.0 will replace an already torn down single-family home that once sat on the lot. The building will also be built in tandem with a separate, yet to be submitted project that will replace the two other homes to the north of this one. This would leave only one single family home left along 200 W. on this block.

The other adjacent project, which includes the two properties to the north, is currently waiting for its building permit. This structure would remove the two existing homes at 847 and 851 S. to make way for a 69-unit apartment building.

This building calls for more micro-units, larger studios, and one-bedrooms...

This second project is being built by the same team, and they are planning to develop both properties together...

Southern Metro -
Each year tens of thousands gather at the Spanish Fork Krishna Temple Grounds to celebrate the 'Holi Festival of Colors'.

How the largest Holi festival in the U.S. celebrates Spring

By Angeli Gabriel - https://www.foxweather.com/lifestyle...ebrates-spring

Imagine plumes of colors floating through the air.
Reds, yellows, greens and more envelop the crowd and fall on smile-tightened cheeks.
Then, the bass slowly fades in, pulsing with the rhythm of a heartbeat.

"Holi is an annual spring festival that's been celebrated in India for thousands and perhaps even tens of thousands of years," said Caru Das, coordinator of the Festival of Colors in Spanish Fork, Utah.

"After the temperatures rise and the spring rains come down, all those little seeds, which have lain dormant underneath the ground, burst forth in different colors of green and red and yellow and purple."

According to Das, these blooms then fill the atmosphere with fragrance.

"This reminds us that life is full of new beginnings," he said.

Holi is a Hindu tradition. Timed with the Hindu lunar calendar, Holi falls on the day of the full moon on a month called Phalguna. In the Christian Gregorian calendar, Phalguna usually falls around March, or the beginning of spring.

While Holi is celebrated in a variety of ways in India, its purpose rings true throughout all celebrations: throwing personal differences into the wind so everyone can celebrate this time of year together.

From India to Utah
In 1995, Das and his team hosted their own Holi celebration in the United States by organizing the first annual Festival of Colors in Spanish Fork, Utah.

One of the major components in the festival’s spin on Holi is music — deejays, mantra bands and Grammy-nominated musicians. Das describes the music as very upbeat, dancable and relatable.

"Aside from the music, we introduced, my brain child, which is what we call ‘the throw’," he said.

The throw at the Festival of Colors plays off of the signature feature of Holi, in which colored powder is thrown into the air.

Das put his spin on this tradition by having the powder thrown into the air as part of a countdown with the crowd. In unison, the crowd engages in a call and response with the emcee, as they count from 10 to 0.

"At that point, everyone throws the colors straight up in the air," Das said. "There's a lot of energy, adrenaline, that's released at that time."...

Downtown Update - Astra Watch - 2023 - Highlights, June 30, 2023 through January 26, 2024

...This construction project will bring what has been billed as the state’s tallest tower thus far, adding hundreds of high-end luxury rental apartments in the Downtown core.

At approx. 450 feet, the Astra Tower would inject 380 units into the core of Downtown, across from the Gallivan Center. It is one of over a dozen new high-rise projects in various stages of the development pipeline and or construction in the downtown area.
