Almost four years after starting the Mobility Master Plan process..... Council voted today to approve the Mobility Master Plan maps, along with the same amendments from committee last week
EXCEPT for the amendment to remove the Huron bike lanes.... this means that protected cycling lanes will be installed along Huron eventually
Now that the Mobility Master Plan maps have been officially approved by Council, "this will allow staff to develop more details for Council consideration, through subsequent studies such as Environmental Assessments [which are required for road widenings], Preliminary Designs, and Transit Project Assessments"
