The reclad of Fenwick Tower has started in Halifax. It is currently the tallest building in the city. The reclad is part of a larger development called South Village: http://www.southvillagehfx.com/

This reminds me a bit of the Bow Valley campus building they reclad in Calgary. Brutalist buildings actually work really well with this type of metal paneling.
^ The Chateau Lacombe reclad is actually quite nice (good job with the windows), EXCEPT for the colour spiral. That was a terrible idea that should have never made it off the boards. Maybe there could have been a splash of colour some other way, but the execution as shown in those photos is just goofy.
The Red destroy's it grey and white would of been fine even Blue added red in their makes you want to
