Now, concrete pour for the roof of the elevator machine room.

I'm patiently waiting for that staging / work platform to come down and see the BMU being installed in that gap between the elevator machine room and Mechanical room.

How is the remaining tower crane going to come down? Do they need to lift off everything above the turntable with a helicopter?

Not much room or options for setting up a derrick crane. I'm rooting for the helicopter for our viewing pleasure.

Those panels look dirty close-up.
At least they look good from a distance.

I'd be interested in seeing the bid analysis for building cleaning after construction prior to occupancy

I've wondered about this as well. The exterior being white seems like it will be difficult to keep clean.

That's groovy retro apocalypse cool these days though; think of it as distressed jeans that the kids wear.

What an 'evolution' of high-rises there.

But the panels are fairly smooth so after the first clean down it won't be that bad.

Or it will turn into another Vancouver urnial

The gaps between each of the clad panels looks really obvious in the images. I hope it doesn't look so distracting in real life. Or, perhaps when finishing the cladding there will be a way to adjust them so they are closer together (doubtful, but here's hoping).
