I wonder if Bank St. businesses might be struggling because they have a buffoon like Christine Leadman as their BIA director. Seriously, you have a chance to bring 1,030 units' worth of new residents to the area to support your businesses and you're bringing up parking and wind tunnel concerns? What kind of NIMBY nonsense is that?
