These built from scratch neighbourhoods always disappoint, but Jericho is in a very unique situation where they can build around an underground station. Let's hope they put a lot of thought (and capital) into the plaza area around the station entrances. We should see lots of lively businesses like bars and restaurants and a host of other retail tenants. A once in a lifetime opportunity for the developers here.
