And yet they have spent 130,800,000 dollars on this project.
My guess is that the university has focused on spending the money they raised with the following priorities.
1) acquiring the best science/medical equipment that they can get. As a former science student I can appreciate this.
2) making the building energy efficient in this time of climate concern.
3) spending money on the aesthetics of the building came in third.
