Winners Expansion

According to APM, there is a Winners expansion and new North entrance coming in the near future. The Dollarama is now underway and then this one will start once that one is completed.

May I add, if you want to help traffic on North River Rd, remove the 8' grass shoulder and expand the other side to allow right hand traffic to move right or to go straight to Capital Dr. The tie ups on that road are caused by that stupid Walmart light. Time for a redesign and taking out the grass shoulder will help.

To add to my previous post, remove these grass shoulders to straighten and widen North River Rd to allow another right-side lane.

Where do you get this image? I can’t for the life of me find any sort of leasing map of the property since they bought it from RioCan.

The Pearl apartments on St Peters Rd is nearing completion.
Too bad it wasn't five more floors higher to help density.

Things are moving along here with APM indicating that the second part of the demolishion of the remaining buildings is soon to start. The farthest building is already there.
