Skip the video if you prefer to be blind and led ashtray. Just judge for yourself after watching how our system is failing, but at the same time benefitting select groups: just not addicts and regular residents.

Multiple governments from Mulroney to Chretien to Harper have dropped the ball on social housing and mental health/addiction treatment, problems which've now snowballed; JT shares much of the blame, but not all the blame, and it's highly doubtful that Polly Oliver won't make the situation worse; the BC provincial government is currently cleaning house at Atira, and there's detox facilities in the pipeline. The only people being led "ashtray" are the ones dumb enough to see this as a documentary rather than a prelude to another failed attempt at being the BC United party leader.
