This might be the nerdiest statement I've ever read on SSP (in a good way)!!

If you do make this, you MUST share photos.

Second fetish is monstrously large pre-wars that stretch across entire blocks. One of my favorite NYC highrises that nobody seems to care about is London Terrace. It's hard to find these things on Google though since they aren't famous, so I'll usually have to find them by happenstance on Google Maps 3d:

If there are any like this in your city, please let me know!

I enjoy skywalks and sky bridges. High, low, long, short... the more numerous and cluttered, the better. You tend to find them in a lot of colder climate cities, but also anywhere where there's a natural or man-made obstruction that needs to be crossed, like a gorge or a busy road. There are some that say these ruin the pedestrian experience at the street level. But I don't care. They are visually interesting and they make a city seem more layered and complex.

Skylights in bathrooms.

In mine and most of the surrounding neighborhoods (NW Philly), a lot of the housing stock has a skylight in the upstairs bathroom. Mostly 2 or 3 story rowhouses that were originally built as 2 or 3 BR and 1 bath homes though a lot of them have been converted or renovated so have had more bathrooms added, but like 80% of the apartments/homes in these neighborhoods that I've lived in or just been inside of have the skylight. It's a small thing but it just creates such a nicer atmosphere when you don't have to do your business in the mornings by artificial light lol
