Building #2 topped out.
Building #3 16 fl. above podium, 10 more to go.
Building #4 12 fl. above podium, 24 more to go.
Building #6 3 fl. above podium, 24 more to go.
Building #7 4 fl. above podium, 8 more to go.

I could be off by one floor, this is just an estimate.

If you check the post from Feathered Friend from the end of February, it has the details of what's being built in Phase 1. Building 12 should be u/c. (The diagram above isn't quite right). Six buildings are included in Phase 2. "A screenshot taken from the UDP review of the Transit Plaza last year. Based on this, development applications still need to be filed for Buildings 5, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14."

I think building 3 or 4 was something in the 20s when I counted the floors by the elevator.

Was initially slated to be integrated into the development, the owners didn't want to sell (let's be honest besides the current construction it's an amazing location), and yeah now it'll stick out like a sore thumb for the foreseeable future.

Glass is going up on the premium condo tower and it looks very disappointing and cheap. I am not very confident on their execution of the details here.

Well they already got their $2-3000/sf, so why care about making it look nice? Renderings are just "artistic interpretations" after all.

TBH I'm suspicious of this any time that renderings use a consistent generic smooth/shiny glazing in their renders and focus on views rather than the building itself.

The window wall setback from the slab edge on the premium towers will barely be visible once the balcony glazing is installed. The curtain wall on the podium and select sides of the towers will make or break this project's aesthetic.

Can confirm the quality of the banner-like cladding is shite.

I was hoping it looked like the office portion of Burrard Place, but it looks like a cheaper, plasticky version of it.

The glass behind the balconies, on the other hand, is pretty good.
