Took some shots yesterday of the frame on top of the lower portion of Moon. They are beefing it up. Starting to look more substantial, like the renderings.

That frame is a cool feature. Just about the only thing that makes the project stand out from most other Claridge developments. Really hoping we get those big trees as well, as depicted.

I wouldn't hold my breath for those trees.

I was also perusing the Claridge Moon sight to see if they had any renders of what (if anything) will actually be on that rooftop (with the feature), couldn't find anything.

I thought it would be some condo amenities but their website states that rooftop amenities will be located on the 2nd floor (on top of the 1 story podium but sandwiched between the towers. Hmm...

I get out of Lyon Station at the Moon entrance a few times a week when I work at the office and oh my, it's a mess. With the STO transfers, I'm always walking against the flow of O-Train bound STO passengers. The scaffolding and construction signs are very much in the way.

Can't wait for this project to be over.

I wouldn't hold my breath for anything significant on the rooftop, nor on the podium rooftop where there renderings show the pillars and trees. We all know that Claridge is the master of bait & switch.

If you've ever been atop the Claridge Tribeca towers, there's nothing but paving stones and short railings up there. It's literally a desolate wasteland. Sad that they consistently choose to maximize profits rather than space and functionality in their buildings. I don't understand why the City continues to let them get away with it...?

Interesting, but wow these prices. $1,500 for studios, $2,000+ for 1beds and $2,600 for 2beds.

Looks like the tower fronting Albert is rental while the one at Lyon/Queen is the condos.

I just called them to ask if there were furnished apartments and no there are not.
Also asked if there would be a grocery store as I don’t own a car but she couldn’t answer.
I wish them luck.

Makes sense. Views of the river reserved for condo owners.

From Cobalt on Rail Fans Canada Discord. Pics on the small side, so the detail might be hard to see, but they seem to have done something interesting with the balconies. They added these grey boxes under the slabs.

Overall, this is a decent effort from Claridge. Not quite as nice as 700 Sussex, the Pinnacle or Tribeca, but in line with the later phases or LeBreton and Royale. Better than Loop, far better than the Plazas or the first two phases of LeBreton.
