^ I can't help but like that dense, mini-skyline cluster hemmed in by the diverging rail lines. Some thing cool about it...Japanesey. I wish we had more such hyperdense clusters.
it reminds me of a shorter Humber-Bay skyline

Don't know why.. but this reminds me of Pittsburgh for some reason. Maybe the 'triangle' thing.
Definitely similar to the rivers in Pittsburgh, at least on a much smaller scale. It's a great vantage point and, aesthetically from a distance at least, turned out pretty well.
Is that even how it looks in real life? The photo makes it appear the buildings are hugging the V. There's actually an open space between the tracks and the buildings.
Cool video, in the first few frames it highlights something I've thought strange of some property layouts outside of the core. Large front yards and tiny backyards. Would it not be better to have the homes closer to the street so the backyards could have more space? Brentwood reminds me a lot of Humber. Nice drone work!
tall stuff for Montreal. Those have increased in height by a third since I was there in July.

Gorgeous view urbandreamer. Frankly, I cannot name the city. I'm reminded of London, but obviously that is not the case.
Urbandreamer pic taken from the top of Mount Doug (new name PKOLS). A large rocky outcrop located north of UVic, surrounded by farm land, subdivisions and the ocean on the other side.
You can just see the lights of Port Angeles, Washington in the top right:
