It'll be an open passage through that area:

Canada Line and R4 riders will definitely appreciate that covered walkway.

Is the parking lot behind "The Terraces at Oakridge" going to stick around too?

The plans show it becoming part of the redevelopment, and part of the park on the roof of the buildings. I assume it's a later phase so that there's still parking for the retail, medical office (and strata?) and will be built once alternative parking can be accessed.

What a beast! Thanks for the photos! They look lovely. Been avoiding travelling down there since the ice and snow. Nice to see updates

Woah, that looks amazing. It's a massive site with so many cranes on it.

Yes, thanks for the pics.

I see in the first pic that the super boring/ugly three storey office buildings on the SE corner of 41st and Cambie are now totally demo'd. New building is Claridge House by Polygon.

Oh nice. I didn’t even notice that. Was focused on taking photos of the mall and to ensure there is no cops around.

Great to see that it will include a 3000 seat music venue and 10,000 sf community centre as well!

I have not heard anything about the 3000 seat venue in a while ..... I am wondering if it will still happen? and where exactly it will be in the project?

anyone have a render or site map showing more?

It's that lawn auditorium thing on the roof with a stage. One of the renders had some live music in some little deck/platform near the food court/mall space. Some of the old documents mentioned six indoor/outdoor music venues.
