Has Ford reversed the changes to OSAP made by Wynne? Students no longer qualified if their household income was over $65,000 or some low amount that isn't livable in the GTA.

Let's be real. This building will be mainly occupied by foreign students. McMaster has a comparably high foreign student population and rising. It's significantly high for graduate students (around 30%)

The cladding looks sharp. The last photo showing the installation is so different from the first few photos.

I believe all the changes were reverse, yes. I suspect it will mostly be foreign students absolutely.

The cladding does look really good. I suspect this will be one of the best looking buildings downtown Hamilton.

The larger floors are 9 and 16, which means they're pouring the floor for 26 and the walls for 25. 5 more beyond the floor they're pouring now.

Ohhh that's super nice looking. This will be the most beautiful addition to downtown in a long while!

Totally, I would consider this to be the nicest building being built currently, very impressive.

I don't think it's required to be since they have those vents, I think that w as s a choice. I think it'll look okay though. I think it's supposed to try to emulate the grate look of the garage to make it look purposedul.
