Does anyone know what’s going in the former China King space, next to A&W? A permit was issued to renovate the restaurant.

A new Jamaican restaurant will be opening inside the Royalty Crossing mall in January.

T's Jamaican Flavours.

Renovations will start sometime in December, Opening January 2023.

Honestly, I don't know what'll go in there. though, from it's location, and how close to alot of other things it is, it may very well be replaced with some sort of fast-food place.

Though this is just specualtion. I'm probably wrong.

I see Good Guys is moving to the corner of Brackley Point Rd and the By Pass. Interesting to see a business that is going to take this corner and make something out of it.

They are building a 5-unit strip mall. So there will be 4 other units available.

They're building a full-on strip mall? It'll be interesting to see how this play's out, though personally I'm not a huge fan of strip malls.

Not sure this was mentioned here yet, but Charlottetown Airport is looking to add a $20 million expansion. Hopefully in the next few months renders will be released.

That's nice! The airport is in desperate need of an expansion / Makeover.

My understanding is that they are opening next to it by the men's washroom, though for inside where you're referring to I heard New York Fries would be opening in there once the work was completed.

A UPEI new parking lot. Since loosing a few parking places due to various construction projects as students have been using the Farmers Market to park their cars.
