Essentially here's how I'll label this.
The largest / tallest building, which I've nicknamed "1", is a mixed use development, with the first floor being commercial, with the rest being multi unit reidential.
the one next to it on belvedere avenue, "1.5", is fully residential, along with the rest of the buildings which will be mentioned.
"2", is the building located next to "1" on University Avenue. in between the two building's, there is a path / public space for people nearby. it'd allow residents to meet up with neighbours, which they'd also be able to do at the many store's which would be located in the "1".
The path / public space spans from the parking lot to the sidewalk on University avenue.
if you looked at the images, you may have noticed that large area of greenspace. that would be a public park, which would add much needed greenery, and park space in the area.
Again, this is something I came up with at random, so it's not perfect, nor will it ever see the light of day.

How did I make this?
I started off with drawing a simple map of the buildings, where they'd go, etc.
After that, I labled the buildings. Originally, "1" and "1.5" were one building, and for some reason I labled it as "1.5", despite there being no "1".
I continued to fix up things, add greenery, and eventually I considered it full.
Now, I had no plan as to what the building would look like, I just had a map of the project.
Eventually I placed the map, and satillite imagery into a 3D modeling software. Soon after, I decided to make
VERY simple "Models" of the other building's, before modeling the actual project.
After, I came up with many designs of how it'd look like. I went in with a blank canvas, and I wasn't sure how to make it look decent. Eventually, I just came up with the current design, Which isn't great; as all the buildings look quite bland, and just the same.
