Skyteam has a lounge already. Oneworld has one in Cathay if they needed, and Star Alliance obviously has the AC lounge.

Interesting more lounges would be good.
As for Blue colour. The new Aspire lounge in Ottawa has a blue theme to it as well.
WestJet had promised three lounges for each of Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary pre-COVID. However with their new focus on all widebody flights should flow through Calgary that is unlikely.
The transborder Premium Plaza lounge has been undersized for years.
Proper Amex Centurion would be a good addition. Outside the US they do operate some lounges down in South America and they are just branded Amex. Either option would be good.
Great seeing Vancouver being pro-active on the lounge side and staying ahead of the other airports in Canada. The Plaza Premium lounge in T3 domestic in Toronto has line ups out the door at busy times. In Montreal the lounge offering for non-Maple Leaf customers is sad and disappointing.
