As for the Saskatchewan massacre, it all started out with precisely the kinds of issues we have here: the "rotating door" system after one is being convicted of major crimes, as well as liberal drug use. A massacre can happen here anytime, and all it takes is the opportunity, which the City is providing and in a sadistic way, welcoming.
