Child Permit for new revisions: Donald & St. Mary Mixed use Development- Construction of 15633 sq.m 15- storey, high rise mixed- use building that includes 160 residential suites, a 3- storey attached parkade, 1 raised roof patio deck. The ground floor includes restaurant space. Revision of Level 02 - 15 Suite Layouts and Revision of Masonry Exterior Cladding to EIFS Cladding (Level 04-15) as per revised drawings.

precast in the middle is probably going to be darker now instead of white.

^ ha ha. That’s huge compared to what normally gets built. Has a nice big bike room right off the main lobby to have easy access in and out as well as visibility from the security desk. A bike maintenance area with tools, wash, and a stand is part of that room.

That crane can have an extension added to it for higher height once it caps out, to a limit of course. Or there are bigger crawlers available that can go up to 400’, they had a couple at the Keeyask hydro dam.

it seemed suspicious when they used a crawler for the spot at east village.. they got 'er done but not without a few glitches if we can all recall.

I noticed the other data the crawler crane had been folded up, and it looks totally absent now. I guess they're done with the parkade pre-cast

A newer, bigger crawler crane is on site, and the foundations are coming along.
