It looks like an attempt at being post-modern, but is a caricature mishmash of heritage and cartoon, especially with the classical columns. I've noticed the over emphasis of window trim is common there, but is not historically accurate, and way out of proportion. Maybe with wood siding it would be more acceptable, I am not sure if it could be worse, but the sloppy asphalt landscaping is the final condemnation. (Maybe a clock in the tower would be an appropriate punchline feature) Edit: oh wait, is it a duplex?
