Heres an evening shot from my balcony at 9:30pm. Looks a lot nicer in person.

Passed by it this morning, it's REALLY nice! The white colour is like shining opal.

Has anyone heard any rumblings about what the plan is for the main Georgetown site (e.g., the empty Save On/operational Canadian Tire)?

A colleague in the industry mentioned Anthem was looking at 60+ stories for the two towers that were supposed to front King George with a big office podium similar to Solo District 2...curious if anyone's heard anything similar.

The current approved masterplan shows 41 and 45 storeys over office podiums. That was four years ago, and it's possible Anthem might be considering asking for taller towers and more density for future phases.

I know this isn't a luxury building...but I am extremely underwhelmed with the interior finishing and layout.

Off topic, but do those half glass partitions for showers actually prevent water from splashing all over the floor?

I didn't see it on my desktop - it's only now that I know what to look for that I see the door.

This is the Teak colour scheme. $1900 for 452 sq ft seems pretty steep
