Ottawa is an Ontario city. The architectural designs are more in tune to Montreal though.

I can't see a single rowhouse either, because there aren't any. But you spectacularly missed my point, which was that the view would be equally as striking with virtually any other lowrise buildings instead of the existing towers (or indeed, without any at all).
Everything striking about this view of Vancouver has to do with its surroundings, and has nothing to do with the buildings themselves.
