Unless we are talking about transit. The city wants to siphon federal transit infrastructure money off to fund the Lawson replacement. The city absolutely underfunds transit.
I'm tired of the city talking about being sustainable and renewable yet they are actively working against transit and promoting road building and induced demand.
And tossing in health care isn't necessary a fair comparison because the city doesn't directly fund that. Yes, the city absolutely chooses to underfund some things.
