In Yaletown, the Wall rental building is fully occupied with loads of youths. Obviously, many of these tenants are not able to afford the condos in the neighbourhood, but somehow they manage to stay downtown because of this rental tower. So what say you?

That's because they're packed into these micro suites already with roomies 😂. You see listings online just for sharing a 1 bedroom suite. Either that, or they're late 20s with good paying jobs.

Ah yes, that would maybe be the minority of "youngsters" these days. This isn't the 00s. The target demographic is definitely not "youngsters" going to school/getting their first job (aka early 20s). Let's not pretend that they have it just as easy as the older generation did.
