I have not visited the Twilight. Looks like a generic neighborhood bar to me. What am I missing?
I would think that the bars that line 200 South could occupy retail space on ground floors of developments of this type. It would certainly look better, and would maximize space.
Having lived in Chicago, there were several high end bars downtown. I find it odd that SLC doesn't seem to have many upscale bars. I was excited when Brettschneider proposed the development where 370 West temple is. Too bad that didn't pan out.
