Maybe, I think it's happened once or twice in the three summers I've had a weather station. My temps are influenced by Lake Erie (I'm not far from Erieau). IIRC, one reading was questionable because earwigs were infesting the compartment with the temperature sensor.

17C, cloudy and drizzly at moments. Awful day. Save for the past 3 weeks of heat and warmth, the weather has been very underwhelming. 3 weeks does not make up for 3-4 months of below normal temperatures.
It's now June but I don't see 25C in the forecast anywhere (save for the odd day in Windsor, we'll see if they even hit that).

Low of 14C this morning.

The warmspot was Ridgetown, ON at 30.6C.

Overall, this past May was the warmest since 2015 (avg was 16.6C). The month was saved by the heat wave in the middle of it. First week was crappy and the last few days as well.

Windsor finished the month at 16.4C, warmest place in Canada in May, beating us by 0.3C. MTL finishes second ahead of Toronto.

Reading what you write it seems that you are forced to live in a Siberian concentration camp. In reality you are just living in the beautiful city of St John's with its splendid summer climate that does not make you sweat and does not force you to live indoors with the air conditioning.

I've done a lot of rookie mistakes but Knowing the pump size is one think I did right. Just figure out the head pressure. You can control the flow in the streams by the rock placement. Also I have a valve on the line so I can reduce the flow if I want. The actual elevation is about 3ft total.

And its night like this that we love this yard. House can be torn down but the yard stays.
